I'm still completely stumped... this started last year!

 

He had an old account, "Wrench34", which I found later. He must have forgotten the password or something, because late last year he created the "Wrench32" username.

Because he didn't get the verification email within 10 minutes, he send the "This site is shite" email, demanding that his account be closed. So I banned the account (on the basis of abuse). I recently merged the two accounts while doing some routine tidying.

 

Since the original support "request", I get sporadic, incoherent demands, requests and rants which seem to have no clear and consistent factual basis, and quickly become rude, foul mouthed, insulting and personal... it does make you wonder how some people cope in the real world - if you spoke to everyone like that in person, in the real world and face to face, you'd quickly end up with no teeth...

Does make you wonder if the guy is suffering from 'Aspergers' (not trying to defend him). Have seen this sort of scenario before, if a set plan in the guy's head does not proceed to his way of thinking, then short temper/abuse follows.

Not a nice place to be if you are on the end of this type of rant and makes for some rather heated posts. If he does not like the site well...err.....just leave it to the rest of us who do!!!!!
