Many happy returns for the day.
By the way...Chill NOW, work LATER.
I used to stress over work until I had a breakdown in the 80s, now I just go with the flow,
whatever happens, happens.
You only live once so take some time for your self, I'm sure you deserve it.

Wise words indeed but unfortunately at the moment I don't have any choice, I have to take the shifts when they are offered to me. And if we don't work flat out and to the best of our ability then people do unfortunately suffer. Or worse.
