Played this for the first time last night. NOT asking for specific cheats but would be interested if anyone could offer any general advice relating to this machine (i.e. is it one to avoid etc).

Tried to look it up on the Extreme Gaming website but could not come across it. Thought the address was extremegaming.com. Could not locate the site through google or any other site via a link. Does anyone know what has happened to it? Thanks :)

Pretty much like any other fruit machine then I guess. Looked quite an interesting game though.

Isn't this another clone of Bank Raid by Maygay? Never had much luck myself, but ran dry quite a bit - maybe some method I didn't know about and it was getting drained by some other players, leaving it dead?

I think the same applies to Double Dragon by Extreme as well. Basically any with that 'hi-lo' trail for extra knockouts and stuff.

I'd say better left alone.

Not sure what the clones of this machine are. From what I can recall this has a "Hi-Lo Active" feature. When activated, the Hi-Lo numbers turn red allowing you to gamble higher or Lower. A successful gamble adds to the beanstalk super board. Losing the high-low gamble does not "kill" you but returns you to the regular feature board.
Think you get back on the beanstalk by winning three "cow" symbols or something like that. Anyone care to clarify??

this machine is horrible, it gives me the feeling its laughing at me while i put my cash in  what i found is on this machine it tends to get you up alot (every 1.50 or so) so if you take small wins on it like 3 you usually end up ok, it takes alot to pay out on this bugger but when it does it can give you some big wins but to be honest i wouldnt take the chance :)

If its full and offering £5+ on the cashpot, then its worth forcing for the 3 beans. I have seen it give £100 on the top feature once before, but it mainly gives £50. Sometimes it can be horrible and give £25 after you put about £40+ in to force it. Ipswich Station Hotel had a good one about a year ago.

Note Runner is a bit better than this.

if it is offering 4-5 on the board simply put in £20 credits and spin away, avoiding the board if possible. once you have spun these away play it normally (ie, take the board if offered) but don't worry too much about it. just keep spinning when on the board. when it wants to it will give the 3 symbols for the bean streak. same as bank raid/noterunner et al. it will always cost over 25 to push out the streak on these machines but is usually worth it. the best position to be in is to get a stranglehold on the 75-100 big streak. just leave it 2-3 weeks in between each force and you will be quids in.

I can't recommend the strategy either, sounds like a good way to fill the bandit up for someone else. Putting in £20 and trying not to get a board?

While that is once way of buzzing up a machine, if it takes £20 to do that with no guarentee of a JP or anything worthwhile at the end of it you'd have to be pretty brave with deep pockets to want to do that :)

Chez is quite correct in his strategy. Same as what I said above, force for the 3 bean symbols for the streak.

Interesting picture of a Caesars Palace on IOU. Had one the same with a similar amount in the window not that long ago.

I can think of a few machines where a similar strategy is the way to go. Not getting on the board for £20 or so (which is quite normal for REDs) by refusing boards or wins will bump up the percentage a bit and may offer more than the usual £1.60 or even a high feature which may be a possible JP. But lets be honest, most Reds these days won't give a board for £20 and tend to be easily forcible without having to not get on the board for £20.

I just don't see the point - surely you should just push every board for the JP, especially on Hi-Lo machines like Reds? You'll die, sure, but at least you'll get some entertainment, and you might get the JP a lot sooner than pouring in £20 and then playing. You might get the JP within a quid without that £20 stuff!

the only red machines you should be forcing are top dollar critical mass and quake. the others require strategy, and granted on these putting in £20 to spin off is not the way to go.

however by boshing in and spinning off £20 credits on jatb, br, nr, 25, et al you are just speeding up the process. THEY WILL NOT GIVE THE STREAK FOR LESS THAN £30 unless you are at like the £10/the big 4 on the first board, with someone having forced it before you and run out of cash right before it drops. instead of dismissing this as crap why not try it first? it is a waste of time playing every board on these machines as they will only give the streak when over the block. there aren't really any steals on them - on jatb very occasionally you can nick a premature streak using add again and go back 3 on the symbols this however will not go for more than 25. just let the machine bring in the symbols naturally and you won't go far wrong.

Same applies with Royal Roulette aswell when you are forcing it. Though I actually enjoy playing the features on this, a lot more than I do on the Beanstreak and clones.
