Hi I have two slots but neither will except the new style 10p, Is there any way to rectify this? Thanks

You might be able to send the coin mechs off to a company to have them re-programmed.
Not much you can do yourself unfortunately.

I have a sr5 spare that takes old & new 10p

Mech recalibration is what is required here unfortunately, and also depends on which mech you have.

Depending on the mech, most MARS and MEI MS / ME 126's and 129's plus the Cashflow 126's can be done easily enough, along with the Coin / Cash Controls (Now part of the Crane Group) C335 / C435 mech's

Beware that some earlier MS / ME11x mechs can not be done, due to the high security setup they have to reject all steel type coins, like this new 10p.

I have a contact in Leicester who can perform this task, and there is also a member at MPU Mecca who can also do this.

Average cost to do this is normally from around £15+, depending on what work is needed.
