Currently have £27.14 left on my EE / T-Mobile simcard that no longer have use for.. other than charities, adult websites, and gambling few service providers accept payments via SMS/Mobile billing.. make me rich guys

Mmmfortune bingo slot site. Sure there's one called touch casino but whether they use your existing phone credit I don't know.

There are quite a few actually - type in 'Boku' in google and it'll give you casino websites that use the payment provider...
Boku is a payment service that lets you pay to deposit to casinos, bingos, poker etc using your mobile phone credit - you can'twithdraw to it, but you can use other withdrawal methods, like cheque, or bank transfer
