I think I've finally ran out of mini dx layout's to make although there's still a possibility of a different cabbed version of cash counter to make.
Im still trying to get around making classic layout's which I find bloody hard to complete so hat's off to the classic guys!!! Got the ROMs running for bfms casino crazy a similar game to crazy fruits unfortunately there's no sounds AFAIK so may try get it complete, there is a flyer for it on here but does anybody have a higher res one they could pm me as if successful a dx could be made??
Anyways as I can't think of what to do next and I like to keep busy dx wise lol are there any layout's members require that aren't available in 1024 form or can't anyone think of older layout's that need a make-over if artwork available
Are there any Wips in production from other members? Or is this really the beginning of the end, AT least when Amber is released it should bring a breathe of fresh air to fme land once again roll on 2016 for that!

I am a newbie here, but have some good computer skills, and would like to start making my first fruit machine. Sorry if i sound simple, but can anyone please point me in the right direction on how to start? I love a good project, and as its winter....i think its time to start

You will need the MFME emulator, and then if you have them there is a guide to creating layouts by hitthesix in tutorials. By using that guide is how I learnt.

you'll also need program like photoshop for dx's etc and some blank dat.files. I did suggest this site have a resource section for newbie and existing creators which would include the basics and more for layout creation along side of the existing gallery section but nothing came of it which is a shame really.

finally got rid of all the flash burns and moved some popeye's n olive's around

Can anybody get the popeye head in the middle as can,t seam to darken it down anymore

also can anyone recognise the decal font used??

You need to look at the cab First Vec's.

 

I've been out for a few beers tonight and that looks well skewie!

 

Myself i'd do the cab and cut the glass and paste it into the straightened Cab....using PS.

artwork not finalized yet still decals etc and touching up to do, this is still the original uploaded image from page 1.

 when that's done then yes the cab with the shitty rusty look will be straightened  and adding sideart aswell maybe even give it a forthcoming topic as you know I love my updates lol.

£8 decals fairly easy to do the £4 one a bit of a problem though does it look straighter now

Just get rid of the £ and number,looks odd having a redrawn 4 then the rest are just normall,if you have found the right font,just do that or add some picture noise to the bits you have redrawn so they blend in a little better.

Couldn't find a exact font match so redid the four, so I should redo the "£" and the 4. Or could leave it as the original £3 as arcades do have incorrectly written decals on em. As for the eight's I simply cut half the three and reserved it lol.

What i meant was cut the whole decal out for each one and redraw them with the font you have found.It will look ok with all decals redrawn than just the £4 if that makes sense.

yep tried that its the £ decal I can,t ID as for the symbols I've added them in already I think I "borrowed" them from one of your layouts club banker I think so cheers for them 

I could zip up the artwork for you to have a look at tommy only 57mb's

Oooh is that the mazooma machine with the disc type reel on top where the wins on the reels are accounted for spins on the top reel
Just looked at the JPEG above that's the three player there is a single player also not sure if we've a flyer for that one but it could be a possibility
