i was just browsing through fruit emu as i do now and then when i seen a post about amber so as an impulse i fancied a bit spin  and not having it installed i tried to download it i was a bit surprised as the message i got. i have exceeded my bandwidth allowance for today as i haven't downloaded anything for quite a while i was wondering am i missing something here or are these files not free anymore.

Occasionally the system errors, and mistakenly records a download/s that didn't happen or that weren't successful. I've looked on your downloads log and it's showing that Amber was downloaded, so it's worth checking your downloads folder on your computer in case it did download.

 

Otherwise, unfortunately there is no way to reset the limit today.

thank you for the quick reply i checked my downloads its not there i will have to trawl my old discs to find it now lol.what are the daily limits nowadays as i have never been restricted before

The limit is set high enough that in normal use most "Regulars" won't even notice it. This is why I'm sure that the problem that you experienced today is a system error.
