Hi guys,

I need a fruit machine lock - something approximately 20mm long (most on eBay etc are 30mm) and something with a square end (where the cam bolts onto a square on the lock).

Hopefully that makes sense!  Does anyone have one they could sell, or know where I could get one?

Many thanks,

Mark

Sounds like a Lowe and Fletcher 92500 type lock (Flat key, looks a bit like what you use on a filing cabinet / work locker etc), which takes the star type cam arms...... normally you use a screw to secure the cam to the lock, not a nut.

These do indeed come in a number of sizes, so beware when ordering, or what you could do, is get a dog leg type cam arm so it will still work.

One here to show you what to look for... unfortunately it's a 30mm, but other than length, will be of correct type you need.

Thanks guys,

Hi AAA, that would be great - let me know if you have anything suitable and I'll get an order in :)  Stan is right, I meant that the cam SCREWS on to a square, not bolts on.

Many thanks, Mark

Hi, yeah it is for a Megatouch which uses quite a complex system where the lock turns and slides these two bolts sideways to lock the machine.  The mechanism is with the machine, but the seller removed the actual lock.  Unfortunately the only lock that will fit the mechanism is the type I'm after - a new one wont fit it :(

Cheers, Mark.

Some cabs, the clearance is a pig, so even using a dog-leg cam arm will not work, so has to be a shorter lock, as often found on pool tables etc.

I did have some very short 15mm's as well as the 20's at one point, but buggered if I can remember what I did with em.
