Why not contact him yourself and get as much info as possible, go see machine etc as it's close to you, and then report back?

The price does seem reasonable as the hardware could resell for the same sort of price, putting the money back in the fund. I'm happy to take a punt too.

Looks like they have changed to a BIN  for £20, so I suggest you go for it now.

I'm 99.9% sure the seller is a Mecca member, although I haven't seen him about for ages.

He's had bad feedback over there, that's for sure.

Resources fund purchases arrived today. The ROMS will need to go off to someone to be dumped, I don't have a reader.

Think the one with the obscure label says "M. Carlo £5".

Hopefully someone who is willing to dump the ROMS will make themselves known...

I also found these number reel bands, one is Big Blaster, another is an unknown QPS machine in very poor condition. Any use before I chuck them?

Looking at google it does look like its a video based mpu 4 game. This website is down but you can see the results in google but no info. Did find a users manual for sale on Ebay.

Quid Grid (v1.2) (MPU4 Video) (1969) - mamedb.com

I've got one of these if it helps? Covers pretty much all 27 / 27c series ROM's that you would come across in machines.

http://www.mcumall.c...?idProduct=4312

Only ones I know it can not do, is the sys80 / SRU ROM's, which generaly need a specilist reader, like Jonno has.

Thank you, I appreciate the offer; however Mavroz has kindly offered to get them done for us.

Two villages along from me. Worth a small bid just for the reel bands and photos?
