Hello to one and all.

:cute:

I return to the forums after, what has been a very turbulent 3 months in my life.

I have been having tests and investigations into mouth cancer.

Thankfully all tests are clear and my bloods are normal too.

Final hurdle is Thurs when I will be having a biopsy. I just don't know if I get the results there and then.

The docs believe the ulcer in my mouth may be a result of stress. Which kind of makes sense as family wise,it has been a real

roller coaster of a year-certainly a year il never forget!!

Real glad to see the forum is still alive and buzzing with emulations :cute:  :cute: -I will get back to normal soon and start to download and play the slots again,I just have had little/no energy to do anything and have spent the last 10 weeks in doors!! :nah:

To those who know me on here and to those who I usually keep in touch with on a regular basis,I am sorry for my distance.

It has been a real rough ride the last few months but thankfully I am nearing normality again!!

Not the content I anticipated to have written for my 1000th post-if it is that lol.

Jay

Hello Jay,

Glad that all is looking good on the health front.

Stress can have a weird way of showing itself.

You take care, and just come here to vent any steam you build-up fella.

Hi Ady

I dont get angry as such, more frustrated!!!

Been stuck in doors week after week focused on four walls!,you almost hallucinate walking the ruddy things!!!!! :err:

I usually walk 20-30mile a week so I feel like ive had a prison sentence put on me!!

Slowly getting back to normality.

Many thanks for the message

Hi guys

Thankfully did not have to have a biopsy as the ulcer in my mouth has fully healed and near on disappeared!

The consultant recommended a steroidal injection for stress, but I refused as I know I am more than back to myself now.

It has been a rough few months but thankfully I am much better now and fighting fit.

Time to play some slots!!!!!!

Many thanks to all who sent messages to me-means a lot. :wubclub:

You have always supported me throughout my travels these past few years bud - and I'm glad to hear that what must have been one of the most terrifying times of your life has been removed from your mind.

So I will give you, for a change, my best wishes for a speedy recovery whatever the problem is - you're a good 'un, especially with the help you give your uncle (see I remembered that) - and I can total see why stress may be a massive part of your condition.

Chin up (no pun intended) - you know where we all are when you want to rattle! ;)

Love Daryl x

Hi Daryl

Will certainly be a year I will not forget!

My uncle to be fair is doing real well,he still remembers where the bathroom is throughout the day.

Just has an annoying tap of his leg when the tv is on-and will sometimes stand in front of the tv,thinking he is communicating with them!

Life is still at times very hard but I try now to focus on the positive rather than the negative.

Thankyou for your kind and thoughtful message.

Hope you and your family are well.

Best wishes

Jay
