I've searched Google and YouTube etc but can't locate any info into how to remove one from my machine.

I've got a manual but as far as I can see only info to install is provided.

Any help is gratefully received as I can't stick another error code lol.

To remove set your BNV key to 000000 and reboot

I've put machine into test. set key to 000000 rebooted and still getting errors?

followed by note hop err 17

Set BNV key to 000000 and then hit hold 3 or transfer (whichever is flashing) it should then go back to the menu. Then disconnect the wires on the side of the note mech and then turn off for 10 seconds and restart.
