Here's a DX for a MDM machine called Body Match.  On the MPU4 platform.  Not to be mistaken for the original version which was done on MPS much earlier.  
 
Must use the new, MFMEv5 for this; as that is the only version of MFME where the top two reels don't go out-of-sync.
 
It's a 1600x1200 DX, natively, but can of course be played at any resolution using MFME's new, fantastic display modes.  Would recommend setting MFME's options to 'Shrink To Fit', in the preferences, first; then use F1, F2 and F3 for borderless modes.
 
Huge thanks to SPA, for the flier that was used.  And also Wizard, for the new, fantastic MFME!

Cancel/Collect - `Or C
Hold/Nudge 1 - 1
Hold/Nudge 2 - 2
Hold/Nudge 3 - 3
Exchange - E or F
Auto Nudge/Auto Play - A
Start/Gamble - Space

Also I've never know a machine to rip samples from a video games unless it's themed (mario kart etc), the sample when you enter the feature is a rip from the opening to Dragon's Lair.
