Don't think it can be done.
A couple of layouts run slow on my laptop but Ok on pc.

i think its set to auto throttle so all machines run as they should, although some designers including myself would like a slow down option maybe for creating usage


The more I do today, The less I do tomorrow.

thats correct. i asked him and he said it has not been put in V5. (MPU Mecca)

When getting Nudges on Monte Carlo Or Bust the sound is really fast,and reading the above posts i take it there's no way to adjust  the speed at all? Apart from that its great to play.

The slowness on your laptop might be to do with the laptop's power saving settings.  I know on my laptop, if the power lead isn't plugged in continuously, it goes into a power saving mode, and reduces the CPU usage.
