Hi I've just purchased a barx7 . I've filled hopper up with required £1 coins and pressed hopper top up . It's making the noise to say full but all coins are still going into hopper . No £1 coins are going to bottom at all .. If I put refil key in it says £251 in hopper but still allows you to carry on putting coins even though it's above what hopper holds . Any help will be much appreciated

dump the hopper and use refill key to put coins in 1 by 1 and then you know its going to be registerd into the hopper

Check that your routing plug is seated correctly or even plugged in.your mech should be a cashflow or mars mei mech

Right I think it's got the wrong router plug in .. does anybody have a bar-x 7 routing plug they can send me a picture of please or magic 7

thanks for help but actually need to see routing plug so I can see how its set up with wire links

spent hours on this today and still no joy I can get it to route to any exit but not to change when hoppers full can see this machine going to tip very soon its as if even though its making the noise when I press hopper top up its not actually communicating with coin mech to tell it that its full

just noticed not all connecters are connected to door switch do you think that may be cause

I have the wiring set up from my machine, im away at work so can't do anything yet! What mech do you have, cashflow or mei and which hopper is set up? Front or back?

its front hopper set up and it's a mars 126 dx

I'm beginning to wonder if there is something missing between hopper and coin mech and coin mech is not receiving the information it needs from hopper .. even when I turn key and fill via mech it still keeps going into hopper after it's reached the £250 limit

Ok so it's using a cashflow 126 will get you the set up when i get finished with work. Post some pics up of your routing set up.

Had this with my Casino Big 7. Looked on side of mech and was a plug loose, just popped it in and now it routes after £250. Guess it must have come from a high risk site where they didn't want excess cash in the box!!  Don't think of binning it because of small fault, barx 7's are still a great machine imho

Definitely not loose plug on mech that's been in and out that many times and tried a different one I think I'd have noticed by now.. I did notice in set up that it was showing token hopper as being full with £475 even though there is no hopper in there

Another strange thing is after you do an hopper dump it stills says there's £252 in hopper. Shouldn't that reset until you press hopper top up

The hopper will display whatever amount of coins are counted. If there was 300 in then thats what it would display until you press hoppers top up. If you dump again and its got more than 250 in the hopper it will display the amount of coins dumped. Can you get images of your coin mech or not?
