Not me, but I do know where two are located in Hyson Green, Nottingham, and I also have dumped the ROM's from em.
Runs on the Phoenix tec (Same as Labyrinth), so should run in MFME v5.x

Looks like I have indeed dumped the ROM's for this game (See attached).
Machines I got these from, was set up as 10p / £2.40JP, but may possibly be adjustable (No idea if they can via DIP's or not).
