Great to see this working properly thank you, although I'd completely forgot I'd done this one.

The centre reel within the spinning disc is not visible for me. Is that feature not present after fixing the step function, or have I got something wrong?

I just realised that the original machine doesn't even have that feature, so disregard my post. It was early in the morning and my brain was in low gear.

I was going by the 12 downloads before I posted that but tbh I didn't see the likes. Just call me a grumpy old git

I don't think you see the likes on mobile versions, probably why you didn't notice, the millions of likes  :cute:

To get a proper round circle, use the elliptical marquee tool and were the style tool is select fixed size, then enter how many pixels you want your circle to be then click on your image, you will have a perfect circle then.

Thanks for this tip, I've never used photoshop before and naturally with it being a program for arty types, I'm completely baffled and useless at using it.

Yesterday afternoon, I downloaded PS and I did have a go for about an hour, trying to do a reel for Golden Dragon. I managed to get it cut and in the layout, but it ended up square and I couldn't work out why, after I went round the reel in a circle lol.  :bigeyes19: It did still work as a square, but naturally the movement wasn't that fluid.

Thanks again to everyone for getting the ball rolling on getting these disc reel machines sorted. Golden Dragon and Revolution still to go. Any others? off the top of peoples head.

Been through the entire Mpu5 catalogue there is,

Club/Awp Golden dragon (my mini version of the club has the lamp numbers but probs a poop circle lol).
Mega ZoneRBDX, looks the better quality of the lot, but this machine may need re-dxing at some point due to the alteration of the Hi-Lo reel windows to accommodate the reel band at the time.
Barcrest's Ultimo 1024dx/1280dx £15
Finally for now,

Jpm's club/awp firecracker on impact tech.
Not sure if the disc reels on these were fully functional at the time, maybe pook could update his layout?

What about Mpu4/Bfm did they all work ok in oldie mfme9.4/10.1??

Edit to add not sure if the layout magic pound-a-bout or whatever it's called uses a disc reel also not sure if that layout needs fixing as sure it's stuck in door open mode atm.

I have working versions of FUATs Golden Dragon, Pooks Club Firecracker and Rosss Carousel.

Just looked at some of the other machines mentioned above and most are not suitable to update due to the background image being cut away for the added standard reel, or the disc reel numbers being

obscured by the overlay etc

Can't check now, but Carousel, IIRC had a really good disc reel workaround.

Golden Dragon AWP this is a high quality DX of a disc reel machine, so will be great to see it with a working reel.

I did a quick dodgy fix on the disc reel for ultimo, but the original layout isn't the best quality, though the flyer doesn't seem too bad.   It's not the best fit so don't hassle me, I can't get too involved in fixing these layouts to be honest.

Anyway I've inserted it and have separate assets for the disc and overlay.

Here is the disc I created from the flyer.

Again it's not the best quality.  I have already imported the graphics to the layout but just in case someone could improve I've uploaded what I did.

Which ulitimo layout did you try? Tommy C did a 1024 one and the other is a 1280!

I have uploaded the one I worked on and put the disc reel in...  LOL do you read posts?  LOL....   It's not a great DX, it was the 1280 version but the artwork isn't good quality.   Like I said the flyer is better than what this layout looks like I'd say.
