Brilliant HTS i was OBSESSED with this machine when they had it up at my local bowling alley...

 

One thing though and not a complaint by any means , i seem to remember the voices of when you would get all the cards lit saying " TEN POUNDS " ..... Dont know if it only happens when the joker is spun in and it light them all at once , then you get to the repeat bit...ANOTHER TEN POUNDS .... I know its only an £8 JP but thought it would have the same effects ... is it different sound roms or something..

 

Anyways many thanks for rekindling old memories.

Must be the roms mate, alas the ten pound roms, don't run properly for me, so i decided to do this version.

 

i could try the tenner roms again, and see if i can get them to behave. if so i will sent it over.

A lotech I would put a few quid in, but only if I'd lost on the hi_tec machines first.

I'd forgotten about lady luck and her ability to go past a decent win to give you a £.

Here's the much better £10/Arcade rom running in HTS', and SPA's layout.  Set to £10/20p/92%.  The exact same settings I remember playing it at back in 1995, and the same setting this machine was really made for.  Everything should be fine with it.  All lamps fixed, and accounted for. 

 

Only once in my life did I get the magic £50.  Couldn't believe it when it happened.

Yes indeed , this is the version i used to play all the time , with the voices of " ten pounds "...etc , Thank you Ploggy and HTS obviously for the original.

 

I hit the £50 run once or twice i think , it was very rare but nice when you got it...£50 cash out of a machine in those days was big bucks.
