Red gaming machines weren't my favourites TBH .. too many same theme..there are a couple of good ones out there though this being one of them.
I loved their catchphrase though " Always stop at a Red " ... genius !!!

As has been said many times, Reds could literally skint the player in a fraction of the time that a Barcrest/Bell Fruit could back in the day. They could go £10 or £15 without even giving a feature board, then still kill you at £1.20. Seem to be pretty unpredictable.
In real life, I disliked them for quite some time, because I was use to a board/feature every £3 or £4, certainly not more than £5. Most Barcrest/Bell Fruits/Maygays at the time, just continued to play the same, board every £3, £4, then block the player at £2, £3, then once they got enough £1 or £2s, or the full £3, £4 off the player, when they took a chance on a hi-lo or ?, they would move up the blocking at £5 or £7 and so on.
Red's are ripe for emulation though, because of their unpredictability, you could suddenly find yourself being offered £10 or £15, out of nowhere.
To me, Barcrest/BFM/Maygays are like linear computer games, where we know when it's game over time. Most Red's are the opposite, they seem to play pretty random and encourage the player to carry on and take that chance and it always seemed a fair chance, that sometimes pays off and you are rewarded, not always by the jackpot, by a quick £10 or £15 profit.

Not so much to do with this now.
Fabulous Tommy.
Only played this on 10p/£5 -and is a tough cookie in comparison to some similar games.
Look forward to the release mate.

Top work, my friend!
Many a Friday night £75 streak was had out of these. Contrary to what most people say, I loved Reds. I found that you could read them quite easily and you could tell by how the reels landed / what bonuses were offered within about £5 / £10 whether it was worth pursuing. How I miss these. So, looking forward to giving this a go on release.
