Hi there All,

Wondering if anyone can shed any light on this, I know that I am going to get shouted at for this but I really want a BFM Winfall Fruit machine, no idea why, I just want one.

I understand that the newer machines now need a dongle to run, anyone have an idea as to how much these dongles cost and how long they last?

Thanks in advance all.

The rumour was 3 years and getting cheaper each year and then free after that, but was a rumour so not a clue, and a totally pointless post from me lol!

i thought the time increaed on the dongle so like a year on each dongle for 2 years and the ones we just got for a couple deals now have 2 years on them, then one that lasts forever I belive

tbh winfall is a nice game but gets quite boring I think as its pretty simple

I dont believe there is one that lasts forever. We are still buying BIG ONE Dongles.. and they have past 3 years now and we have only replaced them with more three year dongles.

Winfall may be new enough to take a count down dongle. Basically it will count down a day from 365/730/1095 days (1-3 years respectively), but it only counts down the days that it is plugged in for longer than 15 minutes. (this stops dongles needlessly running out when the machines are not on site and in the warehouse).

I believe, dont quote me.. that dongles are about £400 for a three year one. I may be wrong on whether that is for a year or three.. but minimum I would say is between 200 and 400 per dongle.

Hope this helps.

1year costs £400 2 year is £750 to what ive been told when in the office.

Also remember the machine is DES SCH5 hopper motors DES type Coin Mech i.e CF9524E V5.5+ firmware. Eagle and SR5DES. Most Note Accepters Vega. NV11 or NV10USB .are DES ready

Also you really want the dropzone kit fitted. Also Winfall dose give denom error 19 a lot from the note accepter due to bellfruit not pataching it yet

Ive never had a Denom error on a Winfall. We run all ours on Vega/NV11 and Des Mars and SCH5's (no Eagle shit in Bellfruits.. We leave those for G-Squared and Blueprint Rubbish Haha)

Thanks for the info guys, shocked at £300 a year to keep playing. £300 for three years is not so bad.

from what ive been told today 1 year ones for 2 years then a 2 year one and a unlimited one after that

and as for dongle sizes there seems to be 2 types out there the day ones you are talking about or ones that have a expiry date on no matter if you use it or not

big one aint that old yet
