Just so it runs without glitches.
I got the better art if you wanted to start again.

right made it approx a 1/3 or 1/4 smaller, yes you all heard this right Vectra666's layouts TO BIG lol so now reduced to 1000x1000 was 1600x1600

and although the screen looks a tad rougher due to small sized layout it actually runs faster here;s the 1.9 arcade roms not sure if this version with these roms were originally released but hey hoo!!

I didn't have performance issues with it before, but the sound was distorted and patchy in place, the resize, sorts out those issues, for anyone who wishes to know.

From PLOGGY over at The Mecca, in case anyone like me, missed it. "Managed to fix Tick Tock Cash.  Sounds don't seem quite right to me though."

I had Pooks version, not Tommy's, comparing the two, the only difference, I could see between the two version, is the opto tab under the reel properties, needed setting to 2 to get rid of the reel error.

Pooks version, does also have reel alignment issues and the stake can be set also, but the error preventing it from running was the opto tab setting.

Anyway, Tommy's version is attached. Quite miffed, I missed downloading his DX up until now lol.

Alterations to make them playable but sadly still no correct sounds. As per Richy1976 advice, earlier in the thread, other sound roms can be used, on the Scorpion 4 machines, that have no sound.

I've put in the same sounds that are also incorrect on Pink Panther, but unless you want to be annoyed quite quickly, best to still leave the volume down.

Vec's Bobby Dazzler £35 1024dx, doors now closed, jackpot key set correctly to £35 (was on £5 for some reason), unchecked both hoppers, for correct background emulation. Resized the alpha display and repositioned it, so it fits better (though not perfect).

Vec's Revolver £15 1024dx, just added the wrong sounds again, to get it playable in v5.1 and hopefully beyond.

I've left the original title descriptions in, so you might want to remove door open message from Bobby Dazzler's title, if that's your sort of thing.

Ok as per Vec request.

Vec's Club Tutti Frutti, has the same wrong sounds, it also had a payunit err 17, so if updating yourself, uncheck hopper 1 and check hopper 2 in configuration to clear. I've changed the alpha display (my pref) so it fits better and roughly where it should be. This still suffers from an emulator bug, as per Vecs comment on original release. "Also forgot to mention when, you get the bonus- step up or down let it time out as you can't stop it for some unknown reason"

Vec's Bobby Dazzler £5, £8, £25 DX's, same changes as per £35 version in last post.

Another one I've stumbled across.

Vec's S4 Cluedo, again mute, adding the good old pink panther sounds, made this run slow and it paused so much, it was unplayable really. So tried the sounds from a similar machine, Around The Board in 40 Days and the pausing is 99.9% gone. Unchecked both hoppers for correct background emulation.

I learnt something new, when resizing the alpha on this one, you can actually set dot and digital spacing to 0, so even the smallest dx's can have the correct type and positioned alphas, whereas before I set some as incorrect types to fit, as I thought 1 was the lowest. So now just given myself, another job now, in resizing all the ones, that were too big, down to the correct size.

Can someone take a look at Super Star and see about the number reel, tried various offsets but still not right. During the feature, the moves it makes aren't correct. If you correct it to the number of moves it's just made, on the next spin, the moves and number still don't tally. Also when you get a win and the number is obviously a 12 or 1 because it's only telling you to go hi or lo, even if you offset the reel to the 12 or 1 position still isn't correct. So I'm guessing it's something else.

There are a few machines I've come across, with the same issue, Paparazzi being another. If we have the solution to one, it could be useful for other machines, with the same issue.

Party Animal by Dad. The Addams Family by FAUT (I think)  :err:

Need to uncheck custom from the reel properties, otherwise the lamps don't show. Some features, rely on the lamps showing, otherwise you could get £1 instead of £15.

On The Addams Family, there was a good reason why IIRC, but the £12 was lamped twice, but it causes it to be lit randomly, such as when you are hi-lo'ing up the cash amounts. V5 onwards, doesn't appear to need the second lamp, so by clearing it from the properties, seems to now correct the problem.

Sadly Party Animal just alarms when loaded up-No characteriser!

I'll take a look laters, it's something to do with the reel steps, 16stops and 96 steps or summut
I had this on blue chip. Isn't this a clone of top dog as for pazzarazzi I'm sure mines fine but not on lappy till laters to find out.
Also found this problem on richys cash explosion classic the number reel was set to 16 steps where it should've been 12 as in numbers 1_12

Strange, if you've download the one I attached that shouldn't be an issue. If it's another one, make sure under the configuration tab in the PIC CODE box BC25 and Pic 2 selected, that's the only thing I can think, yours may not have.

Yes I tried different steps, but no good and it alarmed as well. This is the Paparazzi I have, attached.

Cheers anyway, hopefully Wizard or someone else might help.
