I don't, mate.  Another bug I would imagine.  Maybe someone can message Pete and see if he can update his conversion tool. :)

I'll take a look at Gold Reserve.  Should be easy enough to do.

Would be great, I might be missing some, but when it comes down to it, I don't seem to have a huge amount of layouts, that haven't been Dx'd on MFME, to at least the same quality as the Jpemu/Bfmulator ones. :D

As for Gold Reserve, well perhaps you can improve on it, but sorry I hope you see these posts, before spending too much time converting it lol.

Beat me to it. :)

There's a problem with it though.  It locks-up, when you get a win.  Been trying to fix it, but it looks like it's an emulator problem.  The DX was done by Daysleeper originally.  His name is in the BFMulator .gam file. :)

LOL, I never noticed such a glaring problem, I mustn't have took a win, although I remember playing the feature a couple of time. Still hopefully Wizard will pick up on this.

Pleased to see you've finished it, I've known about the convert tool for years, but never looked into it, because I thought it would be far too complicated, but it does the hard work and you just need to apply the finishing touches.

I have never produced a layout myself either. But since v5, I've started to muck about with stuff in the emulator and with discovering things and with advice received as well, I've looked to change/update some layouts that have been produced years ago, like adding clickable buttons & coin mechs, correcting door and meter settings and removing things such as masks on seven segs that are no longer needed and updating alpha's and mucking about with their sizes to try to get them to look as they do on the real machines.

Away you go then :)  Be good to see a layout with 'by wearecity' at the top.  I said exactly the same to Zoltar a good few years ago and he took up the challenge.

Bit 'rough n ready' but here's my conversion of Showtime Spectacular.  This was converted to MFME using Pete W's brilliant conversion tool and using the artwork I did for the Amber version which was much better.

Took a bit of doing but hopefully its OK.

Check SEC Menu then change via config

Set mode to SEC, coin mech to binary.

IN

SEC 8 = 1

OUT

SEC 2 = -1

SEC 3 = 1

SEC 8 = 1

Basic stuff this

Still finding layouts I didn't download first time around.

This time it's a very nice looking BWB Donna Kebab by Kriss

It's a quad lamp machine, so didn't work properly until v5.

All BWB, appear to have done here is change the graphics, but everything else is the same as King Kebab. All I've done, is consolidate the lamps and change the alpha.

MPU 4 Jackpot Gems - by Dad

Had an 7.1 error. Needed datapak changed to yes.

Buttons & coin mech now click/touchable. Added the stake/prize, although don't know if it's needed.

Layout or emulator Issue? -  surely the sounds are way too fast.

It's using the wrong sound ROMs, replace with jagsnd.p1 and all is good.

Another JPEMU conversion to MFME.

Big Bucks by ????

I've set it to £8 20p play. Other than the standard convert stuff, I've added a graphical coin mech.

Here's another JPEMU to MFME Conversion, Pot Of Gold by ???

This was a pain in the backside to convert  :realmad:  Apart from the usual stuff, the band needed offsetting, opto tabs needed to be set to 1 (thanks Dad for the error codes http://www.fruit-emu...pm-error-codes/) For some reason also, it wouldn't accept coins, kept on giving an alarm 1.8 and 1.1. About to give up, but trying the dips, it seemed switching dip 1 on and off, stopped the alarm and dip 2 also. Switches them both on then off and it suddenly worked lol.
