I think a lot of the people who produced these layouts are still around, just not very active.
Unfortunately while people were excited for a new MFME, many it seems, have soon lost the new found enthusiasm for it or simply don't have time for it. A lot of people probably have got married and had kids and other life changing things happen, since they first got into FME. As well as not much interest in fruit machines, as the AWP market, is surely dying out.

Another one, I found I didn't have, when trawling through the downloads here for the umpteenth time. By the way, some of the pictures in the downloads, do not do justice to the layouts, so it's always worth a download.
Chase The Ace (Fruits). A nice MPU4 DX by Brucegeorge. There's a cards version available as well, possibly the same problem, but I prefer the fruits myself.
The number reel was out. If you want to fix your own layout, uncheck everything in the reel properties, other than lamps obviously and set the band offset to 7.
Other than that I just updated the alpha.

When the offset is greater than 6 or less than -6 (with a 16 symbol, 96 step reel), it's an indication that the reel band itself is one symbol out. You can right click on a band in the Reel Editor and select Rotate symbol CCW/CW to adjust it.
Warning: This post is mostly my own opinions and may contain irony, if you are obsessed with PAST history you may want to ignore it.

Red Hot Monopoly Scorp 4 by Bally 177
Doors now closed, reels aligned, sound up and alpha updated.
Unless I'm mistaken, this machine has an annoying/strange quirk, although it could be the button numbers on the layout are wrong. The change stake button on the layout is 30p play, the start button will change the stake to 50p. then hit again to play 50p spin. However, if say you have a hold on 50p play and then run out of goes and you put another £1 in and the reels hold, you hold them, hit, start (50p play), it says change stake and takes away the hold from the player, as if you were playing 30p play, before running out of cash.

Test Version - Road to Riches by Kriss.
It appears to be a field or factory test machine of Monopoly Road to Riches, without the Monopoly graphics, but with the sound and a differently designed look. The Hi-Lo buttons, well it appears hold 2 is lo, hold 3 is hi, not as per the graphics on the buttons, but they work ok.
Anyway, it's now working in door closed mode, other than that volume turned up.

Darn it, too late to edit.
Hit Shot DX'S by Baz and Ploggy. Consolidate the lamps, by going to edit, design mode, edit, misc, consolidate lamps, to correct the blue lamp problem, this had. To get rid of the refill message, go edit, configuration and uncheck both hoppers. The 1600 dx is attached, with the alterations, if you're lazy

I've 2 versions, 20p/£5 and 30p/£25 neither give an error. I may have altered mine, before thinking about starting this thread.
Make sure in the configuration tab, the stake/prize/% is filled in. If you're not sure how, run the machine, press f9 to show the meters/doors, tick the S Box, then go into configuration and you can alter them.
