I have the same settings and it's fine for me also. Apart from 39 as the door switch number which is wrong, just blank it

What error are you getting ?

well bugger me sideways.....i went to insert a coin to see what alarm i was getting and its working and ok now???? wtf?

all i have done is enter edit mode and clicked the config tab and compared with the settings EVO posted and then exited edit mode? i didnt change a thing???

while i have your attention wizard....when i load any mpu3 game in v5.1 it has perfect audio. the next time i load the same layout (v5.1) its totaly mute. the only way i can get it back is by loading the layout in v3.2 and then reload in v5.1 and the sound is back (but will go mute again if i reload back in v5.1)

this is the case on razzle dazzle, line up, exchanges unlimited etc.....

it happens on both my computers, (win 7 x32 and x64. i5 and core 2 quad) so ive just assumed it was an emu bug?

or am i being a total plank and missed somthing? (again) :)

Only get an error if while machine is booting up and you try to put coins in to early you get error code(alarm code 16)

Glad you sort it! :)

it was fully booted. and attract mode had been running a while before i had got round to trying to credit it. also error was also on payout, hence i thought it was the meters. i had loaded it several times also......im buggerd if i know what it was. all working now though. :)

thanks for the help....

Look in the gam file and if you find a VOLUME entry, remove it. Also check the volume slider in config

Need to get my arse in gear, re-done the reels et for RE £100, plus I've re-vamped about another 9 machines. sorting meters and payout sounds as some of these layouts back date to 2003!

That is good to hear that older layouts are getting a revamp.  Be good to have a bash on the £100 version when it's updated.

Thanks for the info regarding the pink background to the number 11, there are several DX's which have the same. I'll have to go through them to find them now.

I was receiving an alarm code 40, on inserting coins. Mine was resolved by changing the display port under the configuration tab to meters from displays.

Hi wayfinder have you re-vamped Fortune Numbers 1280 WDX? Cause the number 11 in pink does me head in on such a cracking game.

Oh yes! the first one I spotted is the pink number!

FN, done the reels ( improved slightly) and coin inputs and fixed the meters and the new payout sounds (thanks to Chris)

That's the trick! It's a really old layout, worked at the time, that's why I am re-doing them as I kept the resources.
