Hi has any one come across this issue,I removed the hopper to empty all pound coins but upon replacing I get a 10-70 error serial coin mechanism, I have just had the coin mechanism upgraded for new pounds also and am also getting coin position 1-9 error
The coin mechanism is SR5e.

Hi was it working ok with the new updated mech before you took hopper out

It worked fine then I removed the hopper and that's when the issue started,I have j u st had all my coin techs updated and this is the only machine with issues.

Ok I had my 4 mpu6 machines updated for the new coin all running on sr5e but 3 were programmed slightly wrong also coming up with 10/70 error luckily for me I took all the mechs back to the chap what done them and he compared the good mech to the bad ones and all he had forgot todo was to name the mechs what didn't work now all working fine

How were they programmed wrongly.

He just said he had for got to name the mech in programming
