Hi guys,

I need some help setting up my pac drive led controller...

firstly do i need a program to make it run with mfme, like LED blinky or MALA

and secondly i think ive messed up. after reading one of reg's comments i noticed he said to order it with all the special inputs set to off... i havent done this. is there a way i can configure the pacdrive or shall i just order another one correctly this time?

i found pac drive menu under config before i open up a machine but MFME wont let me select anything?

Cheers Andy

It won't make much difference what board you have, but depending on which you got either all your lights will be on until MFME starts using it, or they will be off, ideally the one where lights are all off is better, but not essential.

Currently MFME  ONLY supports older techs such as MPU3 and MPU4. To get to the pacdrive menu, load up a game (MPU3 or MPU4 game for now) then you will see the pacdrive tab appear under config menu. From there you can assign each lamp to a lamp number of the machine being played. You have to do this for each game and save the layout when your finished.

Other techs may also have pacdrive support, but basically if you cant see the pacdrive tab when inside a game, then that particula tech is not currently supported.

MFME 5.2 will allow pacdrive support on all techs so look out for that
