What was up with fruit-emu? I was getting worried...

The server locked up whilst transferring backup files to the backup server on Sunday morning. I'm currently out of the country until 6th June and don't have a regular internet connection and therefore couldn't re-boot the server until reaching an internet cafe.


Well it's 2.45pm here and I'm off now to the casino to play some blackjack and pokies, just gotta love those 27 win-lines!

Thank god its all up and running again, ended up looking at fruit forums out of boredom, just aint the same, plus they were a little deregotory of this website, cheeky sods!

Try to bear in mind that alot of the users on fruitforums have been around for 4+ years.

Theyve had most of the kicks FME can provide and FF was once like this place.

As time goes on you find yourself getting bored of FME, its only natural, you then decide to take the natural progression (chat and laugh and argue) or you close the place.

The Warez side? hey, we all need a little help sometimes, the place is completely funded by its members too which is no mean feat for any forum.
Time and time again Ive seen forums close because the users were too tight to cough up, infact, this place gets nowhere near enough donations to justify the great place that it is.

Come on ladies and gents, get donating !
As you say, you dont know what you got til its gone, so hopefully this place going down for a while has reminded you how its care lies in your hands !
