never played any of them, but if I had to choose, just on name alone,
I would go for Ant & Dec, as they could turn out to be collectable in the future. I can imagine them doing a remake of the likely lads as they get older,
and if that happened, earlier merchandise may rise in value.

if you were thinking of buying one of these then i would say dont because the latest bellfruit test machine is great(well i think it is anyway)
its called powerball and it has a random super feature which includes a plastic ball and a plunger and you shoot the ball up the glass into the features kinda like a bagatelle game.
hopefully bellfruit will give it a proper release and it will pass the test sites!!!!

What about BGT - Random Replay?
Mind you, I think they went bust
Another problem - a game has a random feature. Great - but the machine isn't random and has to conform to a payout percentage. Therefore - random feature gives £125, machine plays like utter shi** and doesn't offer that feature, or any playability for say £200

Sounds interesting Baz, thanks for the info.
Yes, I have the chance to purchase one of the 3 machines per the thread at what I think is a bl***y good price, this will be the newest machine I have purchased and wanted the best for gameplay/appeal etc.
This new one sounds good and look forward to seeing the pic's, trouble is don't think I'd be able to ghet my hands on it for at least 12 months!
Guess I'd better go spend me money on it for a bit instead if its as good as you say.
If its in test, what happens then do you have to accept/pass it and then how long to release (or when do we players get to play it!)

We've got an Ant N Dec in our local. Cant say im a fan of it really.
usually around £8 for a feature... sometimes £12+ ...even when its dropping.
and then the features are never great, the only way to get some money off it is the big gamble button which is uaually £10+... but 60% of the time will just kill you as well.
then again it does have its moments and can pay out a bit.
my local has 3 machines, and the one nearest the door (or practically right next to...) has always been a bit stitchy, probably on a lower payout percentage.... i think its mainly so people will just chuck their spare cash in before they leave and hardly win anything...
which in this case it is the ant n dec game, so their might be good ones out their..... oh yea, it also looks cheesy.

Baz, looks like you've got my dream job (testing fruities!) ! thanks for that, keep me posted as I'm a Bell fruit freak!
From the other thread (hill billionairre) thanks for the info on Scorpion 5 too - under me nose all the time eh and never even knew!!
So Baz to close loop on this thread do you reckon any of the three (Ant dec, crown jewels, pick pack) are worth owning or not? what's your best?
Mart.

out of the 3 listed my fav would be crown jewels only because i used to love the old barcrest jewel in thecrown machine and the top feature on crown jewels is similar.
pick of the pack crap.
ant and dec good but gets annoying with the sound samples.

Hey baz, around last year did you get a Bell Fruit called Cool Jewels that failed testing? It contained a jewel shaped feature board and you had to get 3 arrows, left or right to enter the superboard. I saw one in a service station, but not on the website.
This is a site for EMULATION purposes of older machines. Not playing strategies.
If you are more interested in playing modern machines,
visit Jackpottyforums
(DOND is around now on this site..... How long was this sig out of date...!)
