For one night only the nation was unified in one colour, the colour of LFC, red. Across the uk you could hear people spurring them on and hoping that the anfield heroes could do us proud. And just after half time you could here the nation sing:
When you walk through the storm
Hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark
At the end of the storm
There's a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of the lark
Walk on, through the wind
Walk on, through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown
Walk on, walk on, with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone
Walk on, walk on, with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone
Well done lads, you all deserve this, you did us proud!
has to go down in history as the greatest champions league final ever, three nil down at half time and it was all over but the red dream was kept alive, smicer, gerrard then alonso showed us all why we should all still believe.
People will talk about this night for years, the night when liverpool brought the champions league cup home for keeps. the greatest night of my life.
nobody is taking this smile away from me!
COME ON!

Congrats to the people that went on WillHill or other betting sites and had 10 bets from high scores of say 3-3 to 5-5 at 100/1 each... may have cost a tenner but I think the drinks will be on me
*Ahem* Oh, jolly good show from Liverpool aswell

What a day!!
Firstly, we get sent home from work at lunchtime because our water main burst.
Secondly...I bump into an old mate who I lost touch with ages ago on the way home and we retire to the local for 4 hours to catch up with matters.
Thirdly...The I-ties go 3-0 up and it's all over, but is it??? The 'Pool come storming back to take the European Cup for England.
Shame I still have to go back to work tomorrow.
