I doubt the safety of them, especially when it tells you to make sure the nuts and bolts aren't lose before taking it out for a ride
Basically a disclaimer, so that when you take it out, it falls apart and you wind up under a car, you were told to check the bolts were secure and it is your fault you ended up under a car

I expect they are just covering their back...
I had one of those GoPed things, and that was great fun to get to work on! £5 of fuel lasted me two months!!!!!!

dont get one, ive got one you get bored of it after 1 week, too much hassle and they need really looking after or else it will just brake

Yeah I agree with Ash4004. My GoPed broke down leaving me stranded in a country lane once, 4 miles from my house in the pouring rain and thunder!
Wasn't worried about the weather whilst it was working... Soon as it broke down... Argh!

might get one next week to race my brother with as hes getting one too and were i live there plenty of feilds and forrests so should be some fun to had
