Ive had to edit the dond boxes when they go red vecs to solid red as playing this on my lappy even in full screen mode. There a bugger to see. Other then that its perfect. Thank you once again

Your measurements were bang on mate! Double checked and I've sent off for a quote now.

 

In the meantime, I can probably take scans of the smaller components if needed, such as the DOND board, flexi-reel band, etc.

Bollocks, they don't have equipment to scan things that thick. Let's try somewhere else...
