Absolutely stunning. Lost for words....

Thanks again folks!
Also as mentioned; if you look inside the individual game folders you'll see a folder called "Stake Decals".
If you've picked a jackpot you love the most (be in £5, £15 or £25) but you've customized the stake to something else, you can simply swap it out!
You actually only need to change "Lamp 1" I believe vs. doing both like I did in the .gif, as it doesn't flash.
Obviously it's not super necessary but I figure some of you might like it to be consistent visually with your settings.

There's no v6.0 category yet, so it's somewhere near the top of the last page (page 9).

It's amazing. Looking at this on my 65" 4K monitor, it looks better than the real thing. You have done a fantastic job making every detail perfect. Weird how a emulation is looking better than the real thing. Look forward to your next future release.

Argh! Jealous!
I'm on a 24" 1080p monitor, but I'd love to see it at higher resolutions.
The original artwork I drew was actually at a project width of 4000-something pixels. But MFME seems to have a hard-coded limit of 3000x3000 in both boxes.
Because of that I had to downscale the final merged art slightly before putting it into MFME (though I chose the maximum width of 3000px).
A part of me wishes I'd gone with the released thinner/cropped presentation before putting it into MFME.
With it now cropped I likely could have made it a bit bigger as I wouldn't have had to downscale it as far to meet the 3000px width.
It's still bigger than my own screen width though and I think 4K's width is "2160px"? So it should be pretty nice at 4K.
I think the only exception would be playing it in portrait mode with the monitor on it's side at 4K, as I think 4K's resolution exceeds 3000px in it's vertical direction, so it'd possibly lose a little clarity.
I might update the release at some point whenever the v6.0 category is added with it being less downscaled with the crop for future-proofing

It might be a good idea to 'release' it and remove the link from the thread. The v6 section will not be here any day soon as it's a Royal Ballache getting all the sub sections correct and it has to be done correct and also links in threads circumvent the download quotas. Thanks.

Yeah, I was worried about whether the links were hidden or not.
I tried to add it as a thread attachment for this reason but it seems there's a limit of 80mb in comments and the file-size was something like 86mb. D'oh!
I don't think I can remove the link though since I can't edit the comment, but I can at least kill the file's location !
I didn't want to break any rules by adding it to the wrong section but I suppose I could just make sure there's a note written somewhere on the upload page.
I'll do it now! Thanks Geddy.

Hey no worries. Plus it deserves a release thread so you can be thanked correctly instead of it all being lost in here...
Posted 04 January 2018 - 11:58 AM
Grrr it's fighting me.
It gets to 100% then does that. It's definitely under 97.66mb though.
From what I've found with Googling it seems it might be something to do with some form of PHP timeout thing with IP.Board.
Where if my understanding is correct, it's basically taking too long to upload so the forum is timing out the upload or something.
I didn't want to release three separate downloads for the release, but I might have to, to combat this.
Unless I'm doing something stupid?

Might be an idea to zip them separately and have 3 links.
Posted 04 January 2018 - 12:13 PM
Ah! I'm so stupid!
I thought I was going to have to make three releases. I didn't realize you could upload three separate zips for the same release.
Thanks!
It should be here: http://www.fruit-emu...meltdown-hd-dx/
I don't know if a mod has to approve anything before people can see it or not, but that's the link it gave me.
Also I really love the generated support/release thread. The stuff I put in the download description came out really neat there:
http://www.fruit-emu...meltdown-hd-dx/
I had to quickly tweak the "README.txt" and files what with splitting them into three .zips, so let me know if I screwed anything up folks.
I've also killed the download link on page 9, so if someone could confirm to me that it no longer works, that'd be great.
Looks like this is the end of this thread though for now!
