Not sure but I assume the same as you would with the slave machine. Tick refill, then you should have options via the hold buttons/start buton.

What machine are you trying to increase volume on?
On my monopoly and the up n coming streak multi players, if you via properties extend the height of the layout to say 600 you'll see the "buttons" then you tick the refill and scroll through the options till volume.
Sometimes like partytime for instance the top box is quieter than the slaves even though all are set at 100% maybe you could lower the slave volumes then increase you computer volume to compensate it.
