HI all I have linked the top box with the 3 machines on MFME V6.0 but when i click on the top box and the top box and 3 machines come on there is a sound from it as sounds like the hoppers dumping any clues anyone.

Yes that's because the hopper boxes are incorrectly checked in the config. They should be unchecked on all slaves.
