Hi Spa, thank you for saving Hunstanton!!!!!! I of course wish you well with this venture and wish you every success. I live in Norwich and use to visit Hunstanton regularly, but thought the arcades had turned more to ticket machines.

However now I know we have a real 'Fruity Addict' in charge of an arcade I will definitely make a visit to your arcade soon. (Know it very well). Look forward to visiting Hunstanton this year !!!! Oh and great Fish & Chips.

In fact Hunstanton is one of the best traditional sea side resorts in Norfolk along with Gorleston, great places for a holiday.

Hmmmmm yes, but Hunstanton is very very close. Not forgetting Roughton Fish and Chip emporium on the way to Cromer!!!

wow what an arcade had the pleasure of having a spare 45 mins of re living my youth today , all mcs were in excellent condition and just a pleasure to play old school fruits thank you ! well worth the trip if in norfolk

I am around that area with my partner in September,so will visit the arcade.

Well I will as long as i'm not met with the arrogance I sadly experienced yesterday in Wales!

Went to an arcade called Waves amusements.

Went on a community slot and the slot started to alarm as I tried to put 10p's in it.

I asked the guy in the box to look at the slot,he came over and prior to fixing the slot commented on the coins I had in my hand.

(I reckon I had around £40 in various coins from a previous arcade we had been in)

He turns to me and states"I don't like people who come in my arcade with a handful of coins,I see them as gamers!!"

I said what do you mean? He didn't respond.

Anyway we won on 3 slots we played in there and walked out with £160 in profit and I refused to change any coins back.

As it come to this where you enjoy a game on the slots and are judged for doing so.?

Ive never in near on 35 years of playing in arcades ever been met with such ignorance.

Wouldn't mind but on the day we were around £600 down!!

Really put's me off playing slots again.

 

That said your arcade looks great-I just promise I won't come in with a pocket full of coins.

So how much money do you have to have upon your person before he likes you ???? OK it sounds as though he has troubles in the past, but hassling legit punters ain't going to win any customers. AVOID.

 

Now the summer is here a visit to Sunny Hunny from Norwich is something I will look forward to soon. Especially the arcade......can you change a tenner?????

I went there a few weeks ago with family, looks really cool with a great variation of slots including T7's and very friendly staff. Will return again soon. Sorry i missed you Spa catch up next time buddy

I know there are bad people who mess with slots,cheat etc-but all ive ever done is play slots fair,put my cash in and hope to get a win.

But most of all have some fun!

I'm positive the arcade was in a town called Prestatyn-anyway if anybody is that way avoid the arcade Waves.

To have that attitude with anyone is beyond me but as stated above we walked with £160 profit from there and took a load of his coins which won't have impressed him. lol
