hi
ok try downloading the layout again and extract all the files to one location and then open the emulator click file then load game and point the emulator towards where you extracted the files.

the roms are included in the download so it should work.

This layout can only be loaded into JPeMu, it is not possible to load it into MFME 2.0. For it to work with MFME 2.0 it would need to be converted.

1: Do you have Jpemu 2.50
2: Are you running Windows 98SE or ME
3: Do all Layouts crash or just this one?

I Have JPeMu 2.5 Running on XP and I cant get any of the roms for any machines to work, keeps coming up with the same out EACCESSVIOLATION error when trying to open the game roms. On start up I also get Failed to set data for 'Copyright' Error and it doesnt recognise any of my files in the Game Manager
Not sure what my problem is to be honest.

That all sounds a bit like a windows permissions problem, especially the 'Failed to set data for 'Copyright' Error'. Are you running on a Windows XP as a limited user?

I,ve seen this before, but on a windows 2000 pc.
Played all mfme games but not jpm, turned out to be the soundcard causing
the accessviolation error ?
You could try using the jpm1.45b which is in fmeiw (custom install) then download and try and run Sonic 1024 using that.
You'll also need to re-unzip all your jpm games that gave an error as they're easily corrupted.
Hope this helps a wee bit

thanks for the advice but id be quite surprised if its the sound card as all of the sound samples play.
More likely a permission problem as its on my computer at work and knowing them they'll have some sort of protection enabled. Will try on my PC at home and post any progress
Thanks
