I've looked at everything, I keep getting these messages: Rom file CLR not found. Layout file CRLR not found! 1 missing ROMS, can't start! Can someone please explain what I'm doing wrong?

Nothing you can fix - I'd leave this alone - elements are missing and there is an .EXE file in that maybe 1.1, but I am not running that as the filesize us quite large and what I know of Wizard, is he liked to pack these so it should have been compressed.
Just delete it all.
