Been doing some testing, so thought I'd start a thread and see if we can get some more of these machines emulated.

Stir Crazy - Classic done, art available, so DX possible

Wet n Wild - Classic done, not great art available, so DX unlikely.

Pacmania - No roms I can find, so no idea if it runs.

Disco Inferno - Roms and art available, have a very basic starter layout done, but with no Bacta test mode and manual for machine this is not going to possible.

Top Gears - Roms available, has bacta test mode, with all info for cards, so definitely doable. I have a basic start layout running ok. Art needed for DX.

Jiggery Pokery - No roms available ? Guess it's doable if we have roms, as German version is running.

Other machines - Any others people can think of, so we can see what we have. Someone mentioned Jail Break and also that other manufacturers may have done some machines as well.

These are roms for Pacmania. Or that's what it states on the rom sites.

Thanks guys I'll test Pacmania much later tonight when home from late shift in work, unless someone else does in the meantime. Need to know if it's the correct machine and it has Bacta test mode, unless a manual is available.

Regarding non flip card reels, I've Heard Hip Hopper mentioned I'm sure in the distant FME past, when of course it wasn't definitely a runner.

Semi good news about Jiggery Pokery.

Why semi, because definitely going by the German version and the video on YouTube of the English version, the sound really adds to the machine because gameplay is so so.

Famous last words, but guessing it will be a pretty simple layout to do if the cards from the German version can simply be added as reel bands.

There is a video of it on You Tube, I posted up a link when I first mentioned them.

The cards from the german version aren't 100% correct as they all had to be worked out by hand :-(

I think someone was confusing Stir Crazy as being called Jailbreak. So probably a completely different machine.

But do look out for more card flip machines for me and post anything you stumble upon. Once machines get emulated a lot of them appear on Ebay for instance.

This is QPS Jailbreak, running on Pluto5, we have roms but they don't run due to not having the correct PIC Chip emulated if i remember correctly.

That jailbreak looks like it's Stir Crazy but just with a different name. Looks 99% the same.

Reminds me a bit of an mpu rebuild by BWB, back in the day. Like King Kebab, Donna Kebab.

I see what you mean, could be a £5 only variant? But it does seem a blatant straight copy!

We have another runner it seems. Bacta tests are available, so cards card be worked out. A manual therefore doesn't appear to be an essential for this.

Also it didn't like the card reel at first, created 3 standard reels and the card reel, it threw up a reel 4 err 24. Had to create a 4 standard reel, then a card reel, then delete the standard reel to get around it. Perhaps something I was doing wrong.

Wizard while you're around, the card flip reel on some machines, has more than one lamp if I'm seeing things correctly. I believe it has 3 lamps.

For instance blue when police move, red when machine is in invincible mode and/or hi lo gamble can't be lost and regular lamp when player moves.

Wonder if you could look at it and see if it could be implemented it in a later MFME.

I can send you my Top Gears WIP if needs be, so you can see.
