 Next up and actually the 4th time this has been released is one of Bfm's best club machines Club Attraction, the big Brother of the Awp.
 
 This time its been remade for Mfme6.1+ and much larger than the mini version i did back in 2014
Thanks to wizard and with the help of Richy1976 it comes with coins in/out sounds, coins dropping down the tube and meter sounds.4
 
 As before the thanks are to
 
Sulzerned from the mecca firstly for the video then the Cd he sent me packed with the photo's i required for this Dx.
And for getting the sound roms dumped from his machine by midibob.
 
Richy1976 for final layout coin effects and seven segs / Alpha redesigning 
 
To the rom uploader  i think it was hitthesix who originally placed them into a blank.dat file for me to make the original pdx for mfme
and to anyone else who may of helped with the previous versions
 
 Shortcuts are
 start = spacebar
 holds = 1,2,3,4
 exchange for cash trail = C
 stop/gamble = G 
 Cancel = `
 £'s in = 0

The coin in sound is not correct, it should be split into two where the first part is up to the coin switch in the mech, this then triggers the credit and the 2nd part should be switch triggering and any extra sound as the coin drops into the tube. It also allows the 2nd part to be the coin rejected sound if the mech is inhibited.

 

It sounds odd when the credit is added after the coin has hit the tube.

So the first part is called CoinIn.wav and the 2nd part is called CoinInSwitch.wav

 

Here are the amended files, just replace the existing ones in the game folder:

i'm no go at these sort of things so it was upto richy to make this more realistic

 

can;t add them to the file as they open into the music thingy can these be zipped up please

 

and i take these need to be overwritten in the layout file itself?

Sorted now thanks again wizard and co for these sounds, would these work for All scorp1 layouts and other techs like mpu4's of the £4/6 era and if so do i need to add them to each individual layout i make?

Add either to a single game folder ( for just that game ), a tech folder under DefaultSounds ( for all MPU4 etc ) or to DefaultSounds top level for everything, and yes those will work for everything apart from hopper based games!

cheers richy, i wouldn't say its my best that goes to cash counter but its up there in the top ten, decent photo's go a long way to the layout quality.

i love the tunes on this layout, infact when its hi lo i leave each step till the tunes done a full loop before going to the next step which makes the tune go up a note in scale.

its offering cashpot now do i take it or go for jackpot?

I recorded them lol.

We have proconn and s10 mech too, but i dont think we can add s10 yet as it uses the same switch file as the other mech sound.

Coin out for proconn and mpu4 video.

Proconn done by Jonno i think.
