Nope, too recent. As far as machines go, in the current publicly available emulators, Barcrest only goes up to about 2003.

The roms run but nothing shows on the alpha. and also nothing happens with the 7 segs, only 2 show signs of life.

Maybe one of the more experianced guys can sort it.

... so why not try a classic from scratch? :)

[EDIT] I thought Ady attached the ROMs but I see it's actually the flyer - awesome! :)

[EDIT2] - Even if it does run, the video screen wouldn't be emulated. Whether it would be playable without the screen I do not know, never played it in real life :(

me and classic,s don,t mix lol although have done a few simple ones

just looked at that flyer from ady maybe the video bit could become a reel as it must show wins like the inner board (millionare,s row) on cops n robbers maybe if someone put the roms in a blank layout and got em running i could try doing a classic not promising much though.

No it really be playable as you can't see your credits or winnings. I only had a small picture of it thats why I didn't see the video screen.

Not the £500 one as to new but the £35 one is. search the download section type in Rocky in the search bar.

This is the latest list bang up to date with 1559 games.  Please check it before asking if X Y or Z has been emulated in MFME.  Thanks.  (Will do one for Amber once it's more established.)

Well done Geddy mate for all your endeavours once more in doing this for FME - it is very valuable information for those following the scene with everything we have and a vital tool in helping the newer layout designers become aware of what has, or hasn't been done yet.

Thank you again! :)

Do you know how it gets emulated

Do you know how it gets emulated

Yes, it needs 3 things. In order of difficulty we have
1. The ROMs, which can be obtained from the BBS, or from a dump of those in an actual machine
2. A layout produced and released by a layout designer
3. An emulator, which will render the layout together with the ROMs to produce something you can run on your PC

The last of these is the current stumbling block. I haven't got a clue what tech the machine you are referring to runs off, but it isn't currently emulated and I can assure you it will be a fair few years before we get anywhere near it.

Hello everybody, been trying to get Amber to install for ages without success. I keep getting the Run-time error "438 object doesn't support this property or method".

Now I've noticed the Amber installer has been removed from the emulator download page, is this because of problems (or is it just me being a bit of a thickie?).

I'd love to play Amber games, but I am a real novice.

Yes I know Vectra has a tutorial on emulators, but couldn't find anything to solve the run-time error.

Any help appreciated. Thanks.
