 when I play this the money in does not work can you fix please

Old  configuration and set the meters up in the meter menu. They should be meter 1 _1 and meter 2 _ 1 or meter 2 _1 meter 3_1....

sorry but how do I do that do I do this on in and out?

this is what I have

 

in metre 2 -1

    metre 3-1

out sec 2_-1

      sec 3-1

      sec 8 -1

Not at home, so can't check what I have.

Load layout, press cntl E to enter edit mode, then go on to configuration screen.

Then you can change the meters to what Tommy said.

As 2_1 and 3_1 is currently in your configuration and the coin isn't registering then the in meter is likely to be Meter 1_1.

If those meter settings aren't working then they could be sec meters so try them as well. In the configuration screen you'll see a check circle for sec meters in addition to the drop down meter selection.

Once done press cntl E to come out of edit mode, then press cntl R to reset the machine or just reload the layout and save changes.

Meters should be set to meter or sec, not a combination of both.

Another check you can do is see if the coin you insert is being added to the out meter. That will help identify the correct meter.

Finally you can also after opening a layout click diag from the menu bar, check the boxes and play and you can see details about coins being entered and paid out by the machine including meter info.

I have just played two versions of this 

and they are set up like this (see pic)

 

so just hit the design /edit mode

 

you will see a red bar across the top

hit the config, and change the meters to the setting on the image i have upped, also change the sec tab to YES

I just looked at the 1600 by Ploggy, nothing wrong with it, apart from update to cabinet type to genesis.

What does the settings on my oldie 1024dx versions of this look like and do they run ok.
