Hi all,

I've got a added a 'snail blazer' machine to my collection as my other one is working so needed the next project.

When I turn it on I get an 'opt 100p ALM 01' error.

I assume this is a hopper error if I'm correct.

I had the hopper open and the MOV had failed short so replaced it but still get the error.

1) Am I correct in thinking its the hopper

2) Any advice on repair of these outside of the MOV failing short.

3) Is it easier just to get a new one. I was thinking of taking the hopper out of my working machine to see but worried it might break that one in he process

The error is that the little sensor where the coins pop out the hopper is dirty or not working, it basicly counts the coins as they exit the hopper.You can clean it carefully with a cotton bud.
