File Name: Ace - Super Hi-De-Hi

File Submitter: westy20040

File Submitted: 02 Oct 2019

File Category: System 1

Here we have the SYS1 version of Hi-De-Hi called super hi-de-hi.
No images seem to be around for this machine so it's been created from a very sketchy memory of the machine and the lamp attract mode sequence.
Keyboard Shortcuts are in the notes section of the emulator.
Thanks to:-
Wizard for his fantastic emulator Posted Image
The Rom provider

Please use MFME V19.6 or later to play.

Great release, just played both Hi de hi and the super Hi de hi. I see the sounds are kind of similar. Regarding sounds, please add a coin insert effect to this, as I can't access this part of the emulator. However, a great release Westy.

Thank you for the nice comment, however as the coin insert uses a button instead of a coin mech I am unable to add a coin insert sound to the layout. Sorry.

Sorry Westy, I didn't know that as I've never played an Ace machine in my life! Thanks for the quick feedback with explanation.

You can add one, just select "Electronic" ( or whatever ) from the Type drop down list.

Yes Wizard, exactly what I was thinking, but as you know this part of the emulator is not accessible yet to screen reading software and probably will never be which I understand. Could you please PM me a version of both hi de hi and super hi de hi with an electronic mech selected? I have richy1976's fantastic sounds from his red hot poker machine he recorded which would suit this well.

Thanks Wizard I will try this out right now. Absolutely love this one. I am glad you can accept the reasons for other people having to make the files appropriate for me like high volume and coin and other effects but I do wish they could be accessible to me. It is very highly unlikely I'll get any sight in my future.
