Richy doesn't seem fussed about it one way or another. If he did he wouldn't be posting a new layout, because he'd be pissed off.

The admin here are happy he's a member, DIF, DAD'S and The Mecca, don't want him around.

Nothing has changed in that respect.

Richy has shown he still intends to be part of FME with layout releases and his posts. So members either remain civil and interact with Richy here or they make their point and move on or ignore him.

The hard evidence is that it can only have been your account at DIF that downloaded the layouts included in the DVD as the timestamps and site logs match up.  Lots of other evidence as well.  Also the fact you have not raised hell here (the only site you can) to claim you are innocent speaks volumes.  So unless someone else had access to your DIF account and lives in Liverpool etc etc it's looking pretty damn sure it's you... shame..

Right Geddy you dont know me at all, and thats the biggest pile of rubbish i have ever heard timestamps.

The only half hearted evidence there is, is my local ip address that doesnt even go to my computer is in the bootle area, when i dont even live there.

Well you 'read' wrong... that post was 5 years ago and very out of date. However if you can provide approx 7 DVDs (many more now), plus a jiffy bag and large first class signed for postage for a £10 and give the site a £2.50 donation good luck... 

 

So I uploaded a dat file for collectors to organise their sets and the ebayer downloaded it and used it.  Well thank you for giving even more evidence against yourself.  BTW 100s of collectors from all over the World download the dats.  How am I supposed to 'vet' who downloads something once it's publicly available?

Does that mean the layout creators are at fault for the eBay DVDs because THEY UPLOAD THEIR WORK?  FFS...now we really are clutching at straws. 

 

End of the day I've seen loads of evidence to 'prove' you are Slotz R Us or at least connected to them as part of the supply chain.  I've seen ZERO evidence from yourself to prove you are not.

Geddy, if the evidence is so compelling then throw him out. You can't have it both ways as it is like a dog chasing its tail. This is like going to court, a judge says you are guilty but sentence cannot be passed. Unfortunately, the admins are not prepared to do anything about it because they don't give a flying fcuk and as a Mod your hands are tied.

 

 

Why waste your time mate, guilty or not nothing will change and everyone will still be talking about the same shit years down the line.
