And for the record Richy you are slots_r_us or at least the first part in the supply chain. We had proof of this years ago. Reg, via an independent route, also found this to be the case. I also messaged you when you were accusing someone else of selling the emulator and layouts on disk (irony there) and you never defended yourself.

If Alex does ever come back you will be banned.

I'd gladly receive a bollocking from Alex just so he would put in an appearance to show how much he gives a toss (although I did hear that he was ill recently is he well?)

I have showed a member a utility bill and a letter from mental health which the appointment is for tomorrow (both not slot heads address), if he\she wants to confirm this its upto them, not sticking it here to prove to nobodys.

These sellers can never be stopped, slowed down, but they will always find a way.

The only way to really stop rebranding would be to lock down a layout, this is the only long term guarantee. Its not a popular route but Im sure we will see newer layouts ultimately rebranded at some point.

depends what version is on there ross released a £10 version i edited it for £8 & £15 only one of each went out via pm. plus ross never added coin effects in the config menu

Well that has been covered a few times.  Mainly it was decided by the admin (the only person who can ban you) that you were not technically breaking any rules because of the MFME ToC.  During that period MFME was on the back burner and Wizard was not releasing.  It seemed a futile exercise to ban you I presume.  Apologies if my recollection of events is a touch sketchy...

 

Oh BTW I do have an online version of the FME collection... however this is more recent due to rather broadband speeds than some 15 years ago when I started the DVD service... ffs..

put it this way "If the £8 or £15 version of ross's layout is on the disc then i know for a fact who it is, as only pm'ed one version of this out, also as said the coin effects were only added after the initial release, not by ross again only on my copy and the one i pm'ed 

so "if" its on there then i was wrong about  and the culprit  i rest my case 

remember ross only released the £10 version with sideart and a different alpha display etc

do we have a list of layouts available on said discs?

You know what, if probability shows that you are guilty as sin then your so called hospital appointment don't mean shit. If a backstabber can get away with selling, profiting and taking credit for others damn hard work, me shouting profanities don't mean fcuk all compared to that. I have a group with a few thousand members nationally and internationally and if I wanted to I could make thousands off others work by getting a few friends from different addresses and IP addresses to sell globally but one thing I have learnt is never lie, cheat, steal or backstab your family and friends(wouldn't do it to a stranger either) as it is not in my nature. As I have stated in a post over at DIF, what Wizard, Pook, Vectra, Tommy and others have given me is priceless.

I'd be an hypocrite if I was to moan too hard about Slots R Us.   I mean, who has ever played cracked copied games from the old 8 bit computers era for the C64, ZX Spectrum and Amiga?  Probably all of us.  Cracking crews hacked these games and put their own logos/intros on them.  Who's used or pirated/hacked software?

 

I don't know if Richy1976 is the Slots R Us guy.  I've not personally seen any evidence.  I've helped him out many times and he's sent me layouts he's been working on etc back in the day.  He also supplied the photos for my Monte Carlo or Bust layout and sent me the actual £6 decal insert for the baby cab version of the machine.  If he still wants to release layouts and supply resources then I will interact with him.

 

Are his layouts to be banned also?  Again if he is the Slots R Us guy. 

 

But, like I said previously, the easiest way is to allow layouts to be locked, that would stop the rebranding instantly.  If there is an exploit, then people will abuse it unfortunately.  It's always been the case.

I have to ask why you feel the need to keep repeating that you have a mental illness, as though this could be construed as some excuse?

There are many many people who suffer from this and manage to live life without ramming it down others throats (no pun intended) and for the greater part, you would have no idea that there is anything wrong.

No matter how dark things get, some soldier on as best they can. They have good days, bad days and days where they feel they simply can't carry on!

Even when family friends know about it, they are never fully aware of what's going on. Only the sufferer is fully of what's happening inside their head.

Mental illness is one of those conditions that for the most part, hides in the shadows, always there, but hardly having the nerve to show itself.

People try to hide it, disguise it and simply deny it, but that doesn't mean it's not there.

It can seem so trivial and be the worst thing you can imagine all at the same time and can literally kill without warning.

You may think it's fine to try and use it as an excuse but I don't. I find the very fact that you seem to be doing this, to be the most offensive part of this entire thread and this is the reason I felt compelled to post.

If you're afflicted with this torture then I feel sorry for you, but please don't try to use it as a reason.

If you think I seem to have an affinity with mental illness, you'd be right, I've been trying to deal with it for years, sometimes successfully, sometimes not, but I have never once used it as an excuse.

Some might say that's why I'm a cnut, sorry you'd be wrong. I was just as big a cnut before I suffered from it!
