is there a way to get the machine to auto save with the Slaves linked so when i load machine up it will auto load and connect

I believe it's alt L or Cntl L to link and replace L with U to unlink.

It is mentioned somewhere on here a few time and DIF, if you look back at some of the earlier multiplayer machine release threads.

That is correct wearacity
Place all the parts where you want em then as you say to link them so they load in the same place
Next time upon loading just load the top box gam up

how do i get them to show up in full screen mode as sometime 1 shows and sometimes 2 show and 3rd missing

You can't. Fullscreen is not supported for multiplayer games.
