Open the bottom door as well
Newer machines are press the green button then the hopper top up switch just after
if its just changing volume can do that with the refill key menu

Trying to access test mode on DOND go all the way, have opened main door and pressed green test button but nothing, happens, Does the refill key require to be turned to access volume? my other Scorpion 5 machine works straight away when button is pressed.

If it's £100 machine you may need to toggle hopper top up switch immediately after pressing green test button.
