Hi all,

 

i have wired up a coin mech to the ipac keyboard emulator and it's working great and is recognising each coin.

 

a quick google and i found a suggestion saying " £ in is usual button 47 and 20p is something like 45" and this works on a couple of machines but not all.

 

on bolder dash i have created a button and selected 20p mpu4 but nothing happens

 

can anyone point me in the right direction?

Button 45 works fine as 20p coin in, in the emu

try again but only name as  45 and 

click on the diag, when you try to insert the coin, and it tells you what 

the value is  e.g  20p

The debug was a great help. 

 

I think the problem was i had been clicking the button shown in the properties window and not on the playing field when testing.
