Don't fight it. Join dif and donate a fiver for unlimited downloads. 6.1 has been superseded by 20.1 now.

Desert island fruits is the only place you can get mfme 6.1 because Wizard rip the guy who created the emulator only wanted it at dif. so if you still wanted it you will have to join at dif.

Already a member just cant seem to get my account validated to be able to download been a member since last april

Have you posted a introduction in https://www.desertis...s-new-members/    you got to wait for the members to rate your post before they accept you.  You have to have a Reputation rating of five or more.  Just tell them all about  yourself and what is your fav machine of all time.

I suggest you do a new introduction and see what happens.  if no luck then the only thing you can do is join up at     https://www.fruitemu...r=forums&id=31  post in the introduction section  then you can download mfme 6.0.

It was inevitable that this kind of thing was going to happen when Pete took over...

 

He's a brilliant admin at repairs, but for day-to-day things like processing members and posts, it's a no-go.

 

This is why I have always agreed with moderators to help things along on day-to-day affairs.

It's a real shame that Reg stepped back when wizard passed away now certain members on dif have started to take over on new members posts and not giving them a fair  enough chance of getting a good reputation rating to become  members on the site.

If your account is in the validating category that will be because you didn't validate your email address that the website sends you. You will be stuck like that until you validate your account via the link in the email you received.
