Can someone code this emulator so that the sound will fit windows 10 thanks

its mfme 1.1 thet save ram only need to decode it to fit win 10 thanks

can you fix sound problems so mfme 1.1 or 2.1 work on win 10 can update win xp sound dlls on win 10 can do thanks
