I'm sure someone can get a hold of them, but why do you want them?

Surely they are of no use for anything as they are S4/S5?

I don't know how you guys GET sound ROMS, but I have seen a couple of those machines.
If that is no help let me know for future.

This is a site for EMULATION purposes of older machines. Not playing strategies.

Not as easy as just seeing one CrAzYbAr.....You need to physically get a hold of the ROM (eg someone who will let you mess with the innards of their machine) in order to 'borrow' the ROM in order for it to be dumped 'burned' 'ripped'...then of course you need someone with a reader in the first place.

It's ok. Thanx for the help.

Well, you could go along to a machine with a tape recorder and recors every sound and then splice the tape...
Hell knows how you would get the jackpot musichaha! :D

I'm sure a ripped off gambler would be DELIGHTED to tamper with the innards... and then burn the machine!

That is one of the worst fruit machines around IMHO, the barcrest darts game bully for you is far more entertaining... HMV/Virgin are selling a keyring like the MR-T in your pocket that plays bullseye samples albiet only 6 or 7 of them. If you search the web you can get loads of bullseye samples so getting the sound rom from this machine seems a bit overkill. If i rember right the music and sounds in it were crap anyway and i don't even remeber any jim bowen samples :S

Ok just for information purposes, fun bunnies.

This machine is scorpion 5.. bummer? well sort of.

Luckily when BFM switched techs (around the time of the hulk and quality streak) they decided to use the same sound system they had been using in S4, which means that these soundroms would be s4 and thus openable with reanimators sound plugin for cooledit.

However, just 2 problems.

I recently lost BBS access to BFM and the newest soundy I had was ant n dec and I dont have reanimators plugin.

lol, hey it's a lead isnt it? better than't kick up't bum :)

Also Bell fruit produce their test machines on S4 and production is on S5 so this is probably the reason the sound roms are compatible

In reference to the old £6 jackpot machine there is one still alive in an arcade in burnham on sea in somerset for anyone who lives nearby! Plays like C*** though never seen much taken out of it although the arcade located on the sea front does have a few other oldie machines in it!!
